I'M MARTA, NICE TO MEET YOU!

Here's a little bit about my academic and professional background.
My creative path begins with the Communications and Multimedia Technologies course, giving me visual and graphic design tools as well as an understanding of communication via different media. I then completed my Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, which gave me an enlightening perspective on the relationship between human behavior and design. My academic journey concluded with a Master of Science in Marketing Management (Magna Cum Laude) in Amsterdam, merging my creative capabilities with strategic and customer-focused knowledge.
Over the past 7+ years, I've built my career at the intersection of creativity and strategy. Starting out as a creative assistant in photo production, I moved into the digital industry where I developed expertise in content strategy, social media management, and digital campaign ideation - from CRM and affiliate marketing to influencer partnerships. Most recently, I worked as Content & Social Media Manager at Techleap, where I led content and social strategy in the B2B tech ecosystem.
Alongside my marketing career, I run Madasi Photography, my personal branding and corporate photography business, specialising in employer branding and corporate events.
As a proactive and creative individual, I'm always excited to collaborate with inspiring brands and teams, sharing what I know, learning from others, and continuously improving my work.
